What is the management fee?
3,000 AED per month per platform. If you want both Google Ads and Meta Ads managed, the discounted rate is 5,000 AED per month. This covers full campaign management including strategy, setup, optimisation, reporting and ongoing adjustments. No hidden fees.
How much should I spend on ads?
We recommend a minimum of 3,000 AED per month directly on ads, ideally 5,000 AED or more. Your ad budget is completely separate from the management fee and goes directly to Google or Meta. The more you invest in ad spend, the more data we get, and the faster we can optimise for results.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. Your management fee is a monthly Stripe subscription that auto-renews. If we are not delivering, you can cancel. We keep clients because we get results, not because of a contract.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your management fee is billed automatically each month via Stripe. If a payment fails, your ad campaigns will be suspended immediately until the payment is resolved. We will notify you and give you time to update your payment method.
Which platforms do you run ads on?
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). We will recommend the right platform based on your business, audience and goals. You can choose one platform at 3,000 AED/month or both at the discounted rate of 5,000 AED/month.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients see initial data within the first week. Meaningful optimisation happens in weeks 2 to 4 as we gather conversion data. By month 2, campaigns are dialled in and scaling.
Do you create the ad content?
Campaign management does not include content creation. That is what the add-ons are for. We handle all strategy, targeting, bid management and optimisation. If you need creatives or landing pages, we offer those as add-ons.
What reporting do I get?
You get full transparency. Monthly performance reports with spend, conversions, ROAS/CPL, and clear recommendations. Plus direct access to your ad accounts. We never lock you out.
