THE STORY.

Our social and videography team worked hand in hand with our client Warner Brothers to execute a cinematic launch video for the grand opening of the Warner Brothers hotel on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The brief was clear but the margin for error was razor-thin: capture the scale and spectacle of the launch event, then deliver broadcast-quality edits before the next morning. Our on-site team of six attended the event and worked alongside some of the biggest editors and directors in the world to produce a long-form cut video and a suite of social-first edits optimised for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. We worked against the clock with a strict twelve-hour time constraint to film, edit and present a completed and engaging video for approval to Warner Brothers HQ in Los Angeles. Every shot was meticulously planned around the event schedule so that our crew could capture hero moments — from the red-carpet arrivals and celebrity appearances through to the interior reveals of the hotel itself. Post-production ran in parallel with filming, with editors building sequences on-site while cameras were still rolling on the next setup. The result was a polished, cinematic piece that met the exacting standards Warner Brothers demand globally, delivered on time and approved in a single round of revisions. The project underscored our ability to operate at pace under genuine pressure without compromising on production value, creative direction or brand compliance.
